David Levy had the vision to create a dynamic environment for the provision of natural health care services. This vision was developed over two years and The Centre is the outcome of this vision. Having practiced elsewhere in Sydney for the past 15 years, David was keen to establish a new centre dedicated to the practice of the highest quality of natural health care. David is a practicing homeopath, college lecturer, educator and clinical supervisor. David has selected a group of caring professionals, each able to offer their specific therapy at The Centre with integrity and skill. The outcome is the creation of The Centre of Health Sydney.
PRACTITIONER PROFILE - DAVID LEVY
David is an experienced homeopathic practitioner, lecturer, educational consultant and clinical supervisor. He graduated in homeopathy and naturopathy in 1986. While maintaining a firm interest in the management of a range of health problems, he is committed to dealing with families. These issues include psychological, emotional as well as physical health problems. David formerly lectured at Sydney College of Homeopathic Medicine, Endeavour College of Natural Health and Australasian College of Natural Therapies.
David has lectured and taught in Ireland and England, as well as pursuing further studies in India.
David completed a master’s degree in Health Science in 2001 and PhD in Medicine in 2016, both at University of Sydney. David's PhD thesis is an investigation of homeopathic clinical reasoning and decision making among Australian homeopaths.
David is editor of Similia, Journal of the Australian Homeopathic Association. As of 2023, David continues to practice on a part-time basis while he is engaged in research work.
